Why we use it
ESCUN Contractors Ltd uses this information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, review employment applications and communicate about your request. We do not sell your personal information or use submissions for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a restricted database and files in private object storage. Our hosting and email providers process information on our behalf. Depending on their infrastructure, data may be processed outside your province or Canada.
Access and retention
Access is limited to authorized personnel and necessary service providers. We keep information only as long as needed for your request, recruitment or legitimate record-keeping obligations, then delete it. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices
Only the language preference is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers. Avoid sending sensitive identifiers such as a Social Insurance Number, banking details or identity documents. Providing optional information and files is your choice.
